The community of Dvor is in Sisak-Moslavina County. Town of
Dvor has about 1300 inhabitants, situated on river Una (therefor
ofthen refered as Dvor na Uni). In the on-line available county
official gazette (<www.glasila.hr>)
in the 2001 Statute there is description of the symbols, that are
probably adopted somewhat earlier (1999?): Statut Opcine Dvor,
5.10.2001. Slubeni vjesnik, br. 19/01.
Description: Azure a sword and a key both or in saltire and in
base a bezant - The flag is blue with the coat of arms bordered
yellow in the middle.

The Coat of Arms is Azure a sword and a key both or in saltire
and in base a bezant.
The web portal of Dvor <www.dvor.hr> (20.12.2003)
pictures the Coat of Arms, obviously designed by the Rijeka
company Heraldik-art d.o.o. The bezant is an actual coin, not a
heraldic bezant, and therefore shows details of an antique coin
design (my redrawing probably does not give it right).
The flag is blue with the coat of arms bordered yellow in the
middle. There is probably a ceremonial flag, too, but I know not
the detials.

The table flag is vertical dark blue flag
with the coat of arms in the middle, the name of the community in
two arches above and the branches of oak and linden below.
The symbols of Dvor were designed by the Heralid Art d.o.o. from Rijeka.

Lately I was pointed out by young vexillologist from
Varadin area, Marko Vitez, who does permanent watch over
the Croatian web space for the flag news, on the photo of the
ceremonial flag of Dvor, accompanied with also a flag of the
Sisak-Moslavina County at the web site of the County:
Sisacko-moslavacka upanija, "Sisacko-moslavacka
upanica Marina Lovric sa suradnicima posjetila je opcinu
Dvor" 9. veljaca 2006, at <www.smz.hr>.
Image here.
The ceremonial flag is vertical dark blue
gonfalon ending triangularly with golden fringe and with the coat
of arms in the middle, the name of the community in two arches
above and the branches of oak and linden below. The table flag
used (that I posted recently) is vertical dark blue rectangular
flag of the same design as the ceremonial flag.

On the web
site of the community of Dvor one may find info on the coat
of arms and the flag. The site reveiles an unknown info, namely
that the symbols were adopted with the decision issued in the
official gazette in 1999: Odluka o grbu i zastavi (Opcine Dvor),
Slubeni vjesnik, br. 04/99.
