I have an image of the coat of arms but no flag. However,
knowing the practice (law) of the Croatian local flags, it would
only be needed to put that image on one-coloured rectangle to get
the flag, once we find what the background colour should be (I'll
bet it's blue...)
Gornji Bogic/evci - A small community near Okucani (which are
also small place, but rather well known since there are important
crossroads there) in Brodsko-Posavska County.
The coat of arms is Gules, issuing from a Stump Or a sapling with
two leaves of the same, in chief a Dove volant Argent wings
displayed nimbed Or with cross Sable voided.
The coat of arms probably originates from late 1990's, teh stump
with sapling representing probably the new development of the
community after the destruction in war. The white nimbed dove is
symbol of the Holy Ghost.
The flag is most probably rectangle of one colour, with the coat
of arms in the middle.
The image of the coat of arms is made according to the image on
the poster of the Croatian Union "Sport for All" on 6th
Croatian Festival of the Sport Recreation on country, 8 May 2000,
Gornji Bogicevci.

Tomislav ipek reports that he spotted the flag
on the TV report from Gornji Bogicevci on Croatian TV program
"Hrvatska danas" on 15 August 2006.
The flag is light blue with the yellow bordered coat of arms in
the middle.

The official gazette on the County
site includes a new statutes of the community that includes
the description of the coat of arms and the flag: Statut Opcine
Gornji Bogicevci, 9.2.2006, Slubeni vjesnik Brodsko-
posavske upanije, br. 4/2006, 27.03.2006.
There is nothing particular to note, except that the yellow
border around the coat of arms is not explicitly mentioned
(Tomsilav reported seing it on the flags in use, anyway).
