Zoids is a part-CG Japanese anime series from 1999. In the US it ran as 'Zoids: Chaotic Century.' It took place during a war between the Helic Republic and the Guylos Empire on planet Zi.

The Republic seal seems to be built around two assymetrical UN symbols rotated at 45 degrees--using the land map of planet Zi, the story locale.
