Description of the flag

There is a sparsely used flag for Jutland, called "den Jyske Fane". It is red, green and blue, you can see the design above.

White and Red Proposal

[Flag for Jutland] Jan Oskar Engene, 10 March 1996

The flag proposal is an inversion of the Danish flag: A white field with a red cross. The proportions are the same as for Dannebrog: 28 : 37 (12-4-12 : 12 - 4 - 21).

Use of the flag

The white and red flag surfaced in 1972, but I am not sure whether it is still in use (or whether it ever was).

Geography

Jutland is the peninsula stretching northwards from continental Europe.
