Hum... some differences from my source. The cross is here made of 4
red squares around a white one and the cross is not centered in the whole
flag. Instead, now it's only centered in a imaginary rectangle defined
by the top, bottom and hoist limits of the white area and the center of
the white swallowtail in the fly. Vertically, it's not centered at all:
the cross is shifted to the bottom, but not enough so that the whole cross
+ sigla device becomes centered.
