Lloyds Flags & Funnels, aka 'F. Schichau, Elbing' (East
Prussia), but the CoA seems to be that of Elbing, nowadays called Elblag,
inside a yellow cartouche - the red stripes do not touch the flag's edges
however.

Indeed, the COA looks like that of Elbing with the difference that I
cannot see any hint of broadening in the extremities of the crosses, in
the houseflag. Anyway, Lloyd's version of the flag is different enough
from my source's to justify the possibility of an evolution of some sort,
although an error is more likely.
