The flag is vertically divided in two parts with a narrow black stripe separating them. The hoist part is a horizontal tricolour of white, blue and red a-la russian. The fly part is white with a large, red, A initial, centered. The caption reads, if I'm not very mistaken, Albrecht & Co.

See the on-line 1912 Lloyds Flags & Funnels, No. 570, giving as the name 'Mineralölwerke Albrecht & Co., Hamburg' - a mite more information here: "now Deutsche Shell AG". In any case, the firm was involved in oil transport. (With a Russian angle?)

Mineralölwerke Albrecht & co. - Since 1920 the company used this new flag: The white flag is divided by a vertical black bar in to equal parts. In the flyend is a red
serifed capital "A", at the hoist is a horizontal black over white over red tricolour.
