Description of flag: It is a vertical red-white-red-tricolour. At the top-edge of the red stripes are black capital letters "Ü" (hoist) and "C" (flyend). In the white stripe there are a red 5-point-star at the top edge and a black capital letter "R" at the bottom edge.
