Description of flag: It is a plain white flag divided by a blue over white over red bend sinister. In the upper hoist there are crossed black oars with black capital letters "T" (top), "R" (hoist), "V"  (flyend) and "R"(bottom). In the lower flyend there is a black inscription "Bingen" above a smaller inscription "1897".
