Description of flag: It is a white flag with 2 narrow red horizontal
stripes, one in the upper half, the other in the lower half, and a yellow
letter "V" (= "Vorwärts") in the centre of the flag.
Attention!
The Petra-Sancta-code in RA77 couldn't be interpreted properly because
the image in source was too small. The "V" might have another colour as
well.
