Description of flag: It is a white flag with a blue centred cross.
In the centres of cross bars are single narrow white lines. In the centre
of the flag is a blue-edged white circle. In the circle is a blue "W" looking
somewhere like a double squareroot-symbol. In the centre of the canton
is a coat of arms of the city of Hamburg. In the lower fly are blue letters
"RV" in vertical order shifted to the vertical crossbar.
