Description of flag: It is a horizontal 8-stripes flag with alternating red and white stripes starting with a white one. It has a blue canton divided by a white saltire with white capital letters "R" (hoist), "C" (top), "N" (flyend) and "18H81" (bottom) with smaller numbers.
