Description of flag :
The flag is divided per saltire into white (top and bottom) and blue
(hoist and fly). The whole is superimposed by a vertical blue anchor topped
by a black inscription "1929". Within the blue fields are black capital
letters "G" (hoist) and "D" (fly).
