Description of flag :
It is red over white over blue horizontal tricolour. The colours are
those of Schleswig-Holstein. The whole is superimposed
by a bendy white line with a red upper edge and a blue lower edge. Within
that line are blue dotted serifed capitals from upper hoist to lower fly
"R.R.V.".
