Description of flag: It is a quarterly divided white and black flag.
The division per pale is shifted to the hoist. In the upper hoist is a
black wheel with 6 spokes from the coat of arms of the bishopric(?) of
Osnabrück. In the lower hoist is a yellow inscription "ORV".
