Description of flag :
It is a horizontal 8-stripes flag with alternating black and yellow stripes starting with a black one. The flag has a yellow canton with a black lying 6-point star surrounded by black capital letters "L" (top left), "R" (top right), "C" (bottom left) and "D" (bottom right).
The webpage shows a different pattern having 13 (?) stripes.
