Established: 15th July 1869.
Description of flag: It is a horizontal 9-stripes flag with alternating
blue (FIAV-code B+) and white stripes starting with a blue one. The flag
has a white canton divided by a red saltire with red capital letters "F"
(hoist), "R" (top), "G" (fly) and "1869" (bottom).
