Description of flag: It is a horizontal 8-stripes flag with alternating
blue and white stripes starting with a blue one. It has a white canton
divided by a black saltire with black capital letters "R" (hoist), "C"
(top), "G" (flyend) and "1906" (bottom). Attention! The canton may be of
other colour instead.
