Description of flag (see attached file: It is a white flag divided
by a red saltire. There are black capital letters: "F" (hoist AND flyend),
"RC" (top) and "1887" (bottom). The whole is in the centre superimposed
by a black and white coat of arms divided per fess. The base is showing
a white seal or dolphin in a black field. The chief is showing a black
arm of a lever, lifting up a black bucket in a white field. Both fields
are divided by two thin lines of alternating black and white segments.
