Description of flag :
It is awhite flag with a blue centred cross with a white and red fimbriation.
The canton is divided per pale. The left (visible) side shows a centred
red cross in a blue field. The right (visible) side shows two black crossed
keys held by a naked hand coming out of a black sleeve. In the lower fly
is an inscription in Gothic font
"Cochemer R-G".
