Description of flag: It is a white flag with a blue (FIAV-code B_)
cotized centred cross. In the centre of the flag is a cotized blue (FIAV-code
B-) shield with a white uprising horse, probably from the coat of arms
of the electorate of Hannover or Lower-Saxonia with different colour.
