Description of flag: It is a white flag with a red centred cross and
black capital letters "B"(upper hoist), " R"(upper fly), "C" (lower hoist)
and "H" (lower fly). The centre of the cross is superimposed by a red-edged
white shield with a red key (coat of arms of Bremen
inverted) crossed with a red oar.
