Description of flag :
The flag looks like 7-stripes black and white variant of the flag of the city of Bremen. But there is a white square canton with black capital letters "RGB" in a triangular formation. Within the 2nd  and 3rd black stripe are white fields containing in black capital letters the words "RUDERGEMEINSCHAFT" and "BOTTROP".
