Description of flag: The flag has ten horizontal stripes, the upper half alternating black and white starting with a white one, the lower half alternating red and white starting with a red one. In the flag is a black-edged white shield with a black latin cross. The shield is shifted to the hoist.
The shield looks like that one of the Teutonic Order.
