Description

The Gemeinde Fraunberg adopted arms on 4th February 1981, blazon: Per pale: dexter per pale Azure and Argent, a fleur-de-lis counterchanged; sinister Gules, a horse bridled rearing Argent; on a chief Argent an arrow and a sword in saltire Azure. Fraunberg has no officially adopted flag, but since 1989 an inofficial flag has been used. It is white-blue (a light blue) with the arms. The colours white-blue are not allowed for a municipal flag in Bavaria, as these are the colours of the Bavarian flag.
