Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech Municipal Flags 2004, while its

Flag: horizontal green over white, proportioned 4:1; at the hoist a
yellow elk, with top right a white fleur-de-lis.
The coat of arms: per wavy fess vert an elk or with a fleur-de-lis
argent; a base argent.
