Ostrata municipality flag

Ostrata is a municipality in Zlín region (Zlín okres) in the Czech Republic. Its flag was approved 27 February 2004, and published in  Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech Municipal Flags 2004.
The municipal homepage shows the CoA.

Flag: horizontal white - blue - white, proportioned 1:4:1; in center a yellow 8-pointed star between two yellow wings
CoA: azure a wavy fess argent; in chief an 8-pointed mullet or with two wings or; in base a heart or. (actually the wings on the flag have been turned v. a. v. the arms).
