Here is the flag of the municipality of Rudoltice in Pardubice region (okres Ústí nad Orlicí) in the Czech Republic, approved 8 June 2004, and published in Petr Exner's Lexicon of Czech Municipal Flags 2004.
The Rudoltice arms are at the municipal homepage.

Flagdescription: three vertical stripes of white and red, proportioned 1:4:1; in center a yellow lobster, face up, under a white crown.

Arms: gules a lobster or, holding in its claw dexter a key argent, bit down, in its claw sinister a sword argent pointing down, below a crown argent.
