Here is the flag of the municipality of Újezdec in Zlín region (okres Uherské Hradi¹tì), adopted 5 October 2004, and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech municipal flags 2004.
Description: two vertical tripes of white and green, proportioned 1:3; in top hoist a blue bunch of grapes; on green a yellow lion passant with red tongue and claws and a forked tail; in its left paw it holds a mirror, reflecting a 3-fold red flame; in its right paw a yellow vine-cutting knife.

The municipal site shows the municipal symbols, among which the CoA, which is nearly identical to the flag.
