Here is the flag of Malé Svatoňovice, a municipality in Hradec Kralové region (okres Trutnov), in the Czech Republic. It was approved 25 May 2006, and published at the municipal website.

Flagdescription: three horizontal stripes yellow - green - blue; on green a circle of seven white flowers between two times two black crossed (mining) hammers).

Arms: or, a tree of natural colors; in the treetop 7 flowers argent surrounding a white Madonna with child between two times two mining hammers noir in saltire.
