Here is the flag of Studnice, Vysocina region (okres Třebíč) in the Czechian Republic. It was approved 27 February 2004 and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech municipal flags 2004.
Description: three horizontal stripes og yellow and blue, proportioned 1:6:1 - in center on blue a white/red lobster between a red and white elephant's tusk (OSLT)

The CoA at this webpage has the lobster and tusks, while the lobster is jumping out of a yellow well ("studna" = well).
