Here is the flag of Cidlina, a municipality in the Vysocina region (okres Třebíč) in Czechia. It was approved 16 September 2005, and published at the municipal site.
Flagdescription: two vertical stripes of white and blue, proportioned 1:2; on blue three white linden-leaves, placed horizontally.

Arms: azure a tower between two times three lindenl;eaves surmounted by two arrows and a pennant all argent.
