Here is the flag of the municipality of Svatava in Karlovy Vary region
(okres Sokolov) in the Czech Republic. The flag was approved 5 October
2004, and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech municipal
flags 2004.
Description: horizontally divided a) vertically divided red and green,
proportioned 1:3; at the dividing line a red fleur-de-lis, from which a
white flower with yellow stem and two leaves arises; 2) white, separated
by a wavy line, charged at the hoist with two hammers, brown hafts and
black heads, in saltire; proportions of top v. bottom 2:1.
At the municipal homepage
one can observe a tiny CoA with the same elements as in the flag.
