Here is the croaking flag of Šabina, a municipality in Karlovy Vary region (okres Sokolov) in the Czech Republic. It was adopted 8 April 2005 and published at the municipal website.
Description: the hoist is horizontally divided YBY proportioned 1:2:1; on blue a yellow fleur-de-lis; the fly is horizontally divided in 6 green and white stripes, proportioned 15:1:1:1:1:1; in flagcenter a yellow frog. ("žába" = frog)
