Vrbice municipality flag

Images after Petr Exner's Vexilologický Lexikon prapory obcí ČR (2005) - Vrbice municipality, Rychnov nad Kněžnou okres, Hradec Kralove region - flag adopted 25 March 2005.
Flagdescription: two horizontal stripes blue, white, proportioned 5:3; at hoist on blue a yellow growth of willow-catkins ("vrba" = willow); on white a red flower. [there are several municipalities with this or similar names, most of which show willows, so now it's down to details...]
Flag and CoA here: with CoA identical to flag, the white stripe became a threemound.
