Turkovice municipality flag

Here is the flag of the municipality of Turkovice in the Pardubice region (okres Pardubice) in Czechia; it was granted 5 October 2004, and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech municipal flags 2004.
Description: two horizontal stripes of red and black; a white hoist triangle reaching to 2/3 flaglength, charged with a black sword pointing hoistwards; in topfly a white cow's head; in bottom fly a yellow cow's head.

On the municipal homepage is the CoA, which is about the same as the flag.
