Mrtník municipality flag

Mrtník is a municipality in Plzen region (Plzeň-sever okres) in the Czech Republic. Its flag was approved 27 February 2004, and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech Municipal Flags 2004.
Flag and CoA have also been publicized at the municipal website.
Flagdescription: two equally wide stripes of blue over green; on blue a white threemountain between two yellow cornears; on green a yellow bunch of something (?) - in Czech it's named "mrtě", which makes it canting.
