Republic. Its flag was approved 27 February 2004, and published in Petr
Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech Municipal Flags 2004.

Flagdescription: two equally wide stripes of blue over green; on blue
a white threemountain between two yellow cornears; on green a yellow bunch
of something (?) - in Czech it's named "mrtě", which makes it canting.
