Osek nad Bečvou is a municipality in Olomouc region (Přerov okres) in the Czech Republic. Its flag was approved 5 October 2004, and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech Municipal Flags 2004.
Its CoA (small one) is part of an image on the local sportsclub's website.

Flagdescription: vertical red - yellow - blue, proportioned 1:2:1; in center two bulrushes in saltire.

CoA: per fess 1) per pale or two bulrushes in saltire; gules two knives in saltire; 2) azure two cornears in saltire.
