Sedlec municipality flag

Here is the flag of the municipality of Sedlec, in the Central Bohemian region (okres Praha-vychod) in Czechia. It was approved 21 September 2005, and published at the municipal website.

Flagdescription: three equally wide horizontal stripes of green, white and red; over all a hoistdiagonal black stripe of c. 1/2 flagheight, charged with an owl between two fleurs-de-lis, all yellow.
CoA: a chief noir, charged with an owl with two fleurs-de-lis, all or; a base per fess vert a bunch of grapes or; and argent a cross gules.
