Mrsklesy municipality flag

Mrsklesy is a tonguetwister and a municipality in Olomouc region (Olomouc okres) in Czechia. Its flag was aproved 5 October 2004, and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech Municipal Flags 2004; its arms are at the municipal website.
Flagdescription: two equally wide stripes of white and green; on white a black flamy eagle armed red between two standing arrows; on green two halbards in saltire.
