Oseček municipality flag

Oseček is a municipality in the Central Bohemian region (Nymburk okres) in Czechia. Its flag was adopted 5 October 2004, and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech Municipal Flags 2004.
The arms are at the impressive, but empty municipal website.

Flagdescription: white; at the hoist a red cross, separated from the fly by a vertical wavy blue stripe. at the fly a brown stump with an axe stuck in.
Arms: idem, turned 90 degrees.
