Hořín municipality flag

Here is the flag of Hořín, a municipality in the Central Bohemian region (okres Mělnik) in the Czech Republic. It was adopted 5 April 2007, and published on the municipal site.
Flagdescription: white field, a turned blue "Y" charged with four yellow 6-pointed stars.
Arms: argent, a turned "wavy "Y", charged with 4 6-pointed mullets or, with two eagles noir armed or, with on its breast a kleestengel or; in base a Maltese cross under a 6-pointed mullet, all gules.
The "Y" is formed by a small brook flowing into the Plaverni Canal,which flows into the Labe (Elbe) river a few kms eastwards.
