Flagdescription: two vertical stripes proportioned 1:2; a) two horizontal
stripes proportioned 3:2; on red a white church ('basilika'); on green
three cornears; b) three horizontal stripes of blue and yellow, proportioned
2:1:2; on blue a white firtree separated by the yellow stripe; on yellow
a black cogwheel.
