Heømanice municipality flag

Here is the flag of Heømanice, a municipality in Liberec region (okres Liberec) in the Czech Republic. It was approved 1 August 2005, and published on the municipal website.

Flagdescription: two vertical stripes proportioned 2:3: a) red a white cuirass lined yellow, pierced by a yellow sword; b) seven horizontal stripes of white and green.
CoA: parti per fess a) argent a plant vert with 3 branches and flowers gules and a heart or; b) gules a cuirass argent pierced by a sword or.
Heømanice is on the Polish border opposite Bogotynia - no idea what kind of plant that is...

The plant is a Jovibarba species, as in the Czech description of the arms it is described as a Netøesk (výbì¾katý).
