Flagdescription: two horizontal stripes blue, white, proportitioned
3:4; in center on white a blue rectangle of 1/6 flagheight; in tophoist
and -fly a blue and a red posthorn garnished yellow; in center on blue
a white swan with yellow beak, its neck pierced by an arrow with black
shaft and yellow feathers and point; the swan rests on a green base with
two green bullrushes and black roots; in bottom of white a yellow opened
gate; the opening is blue, charged with two crossed hoes with black handles
and yellow blades.
