Flagdescription: quartered white, red, yellow, white, separated by blue Scandinavian-style cross of 1/5 flagheight; on blue horizontal stripe a white sword with yellow haft.
Homepage: with CoA like the flag, but the sinister (=fly) side is red, with in top two rays of the sun and the bottom with a white ploughshear.
