Vápenná municipality flag

Here is the flag of the municipality of Vápenná in Olomouc region (Jesenik okres) in the Czechian Republic. It was adopted 5 October 2004 and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech municipal flags 2004.
Description: three vertical stripes of green and white, proportioned 1:2:1; in center a tree with brown stem and green leaves; through the stem is a black axe.

At the municipal homepage is the CoA: argent a base vert issuing a tree with stem brown and leaves vert; over the stem an axe noir.
