Žaben municipality flag

Is this the first croaking flag? Žaben is in Frýdek-Místek district, just south of Ostrava in eastern Czechia. Flag adopted 4 June 1998

Undoubtedly a canting flag, since "žába" means "frog" in the Czech language.
Lewis A. Nowitz, 12 Sept 2000
