Here is the flag of the municipality of Velký Valtinov in Liberec region
(okres Česka Lipa) in the Czech Republic. It was approved 8 June 2004 and
published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech municipal flags
2004.
Description: two vertical stripes proportioned 1:3; a) chequy diagonally
yellow and red; b) green a white forktailed lion rampant with a red tongue
and yellow crown and claws; its frontpaws hold a white column with a crown
on top issuing two corn-ears, all yellow.
