Ralsko municipality flag

Ralsko is a municipality in Liberec region (okres Česká Lípa) in the Czech republic. Its flag was granted 27 Feb 2004 and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech Municipal Flags 2004.
On the municipal site is a tiny CoA, and we learn that Ralsko is a town as of 1 December 2006

Flagdescription: three vertical stripes, black - yellow - white; on black three white linden-leaves in a vertical row; on yellow a black bear with red tongue and claws.

CoA: or a bear noir tongued and clawed gules with two by two raguly branches in saltire; in chief noir three linden leaves placed 1,1,1.
